Presidential Election Results: Grand total for November 2008

Update: At the end of December 2008, Ballot Access News posted what they feel are the final numbers. You can go to the BAN link below for that tally. Note that the grand total for Green Party Presidential Candidate Cynthia McKinney is now 160,118.

Note that the third party recorded vote totals moved up a lot since election night. The grand total of votes for Cynthia McKinney/Rosa Clemente is now 159,656. In New York State, McKinney/Clemente received 12,729 votes. In Suffolk County, McKinney/Clemente received 876 votes.

In 2004, the Green Party presidential candidate received 119,859. So, the Green Party presidential vote total did grow from 2004 to 2008.
