In what was probably a face-saving move, Caroline Kennedy withdrew from seeking the US Senate seat vacated by Hillary Clinton. Will President Obama now appoint her to her grandfather’s position of Ambassador to England? Royalty to Royalty?
Paterson may have decided to remove a potential gubernatorial primary challenge by appointing New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to the US Senate seat. That opens up Cuomo’s NY Attorney General position, musical chairs style. Will Robert Kennedy Jr. fill the vacated NY AG spot, thereby letting Paterson run with a Cuomo and a Kennedy?
So far my political predicting has been 100% . . . . . dead wrong. How off will I be this time?
