Guitarist Bob Westcott is no stranger to Long Island audiences.  His career began as a teenager playing guitar in the streets and basket houses of Greenwich Village, and, more auspiciously, as one of the very first members of the Wes Houston Band.  He then moved to Manchester, England to explore the British folk scene, then traveled throughout Canada and the US in the 70’s, living in the Midwest, California and upstate New York before settling on eastern Long Island.

More recently, he has morphed into ‘Pops’, the arthritic and acerbic guitar god of The Defibrillators.  He plays bass in the topical group Blacklisted and the Banned, and has delved into the music of Memphis with a ‘folkabilly’ outfit called The Tobacco Roadies.

His album Rollin’ Along finds frequent use in many a CD player.  His CD Wherever You Go is beautifully crafted, an exploration of instrumental destinations which is “well-grounded and substantial, yet delicate and airy… an appealing choice for any fan of melodic instrumental music.”  His astonishing guitar playing and universally resonant songwriting have made him a perennial favorite on the Long Island scene and he impresses audiences wherever he goes.
Much more than just another pretty voice, Judith Zweiman is a dynamic, multi-faceted entertainer whose warmth, wit, and style will take her anywhere she wants to go.  Her career as a musician, songwriter, vocalist, and recording artist spans over four decades.  In the 1970’s she studied and taught guitar at the legendary Guitar Workshop of Roslyn Heights, where she studied traditional music with Jeff Warner, classical guitar with Jerry Willard, and contemporary songwriting with Raun MacKinnon, among others.

She has recorded for the Fast Folk Musical Magazine, and has sung alongside of a legion of singer-songwriters in the NY metropolitan area.  Groups include the 16 piece jazz-rock orchestra Pluto, Ell’s Kitchen Original Jazz, contemporary folk groups Late For Dinner and Folkano, traditional music groups Deb Kayman & Ethnic Routes and Strike the Bell, and since 1986, with Duane Michael Tucker, as Judith Zweiman & The Answers.

Most recently, she’s performing alongside LI rock legend Eddie Havoc, as Dayglo Nation, and continues to provide therapeutic music in nursing homes, senior day programs, and psychiatric facilities throughout the NY area.
