Organizing notes:
Hello Friends: We’re two weeks out and we have a great concert planned for Friday, October 16. The 5 PM memorial service is open to all and will feature an “open mike” for folks to share their reflections on Julius’s life.
Some of Julius’s closest friends from the labor/folk world will be there and I hope you can help us spread the word to your friends, co-workers, and fellow residents. I can send any of you the Powerpoint original file for printing out the poster, just reply to me; I’m attaching a PDF now, which is good for forwarding on to people via email and will also print out fairly clearly (I hope! I’m doing this from California !).
