Saturday, May 13th at 8:30PM: STEVE CHIZMADIA and The STONEHOUSE Band Steve is really excellent; I opened my second Six String Island podcast with his wonderful 'New York Moon', which later got featured in another podcast called Six String Torture, put up by a newbie guitarist in New Jersey. So, you see, Steve gets around, even when he's not traveling to Texas or Louisiana. The Stonehouse band evolved from Toneworks into a trio that does lots of faves from the '60s and '70s.  The open mike starts at 7:30. The concert will be held at the usual Eclectic spot, the Unitarian Universalist Society, 28 Brentwood Road in Bay Shore. Handicapped accessible. Street parking is available and parking is also at the Sinai Reform Temple across the street. $10 at the door, $8 for members.
