All HealthyPlanet members in good standing are invited to attend a special general meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2006, at 7:30 pm at the Northport Library located at 151 Laurel Avenue Northport (just north of Route 25A). There are two items on the agenda:
1. Election of the HealthyPlanet Board of Directors.
Pursuant to the Bylaws of HealthyPlanet, the following constitutes the official slate of the Board of Directors as presented by the Nominating Committee. The slate is as follows:

Louis Cernilli
Katherine Congdon
Christine D’Amico
Steve Longo
Edgar Mills
Carl Romeo
Marion Romeo
2. In addition, the following Bylaws change has been approved by the Bylaws Committee and is presented for vote:
ARTICLE IV Section 1: BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS
Current: The government of the Corporation shall consist of a body known as the Board of Directors and shall consist of 9 elected members of the Corporation. All officers of the Corporation shall be members of the Board of Directors and shall be a President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer.
Proposed: The government of the Corporation shall consist of a body known as the Board of Directors and shall consist of between 5 and 9 elected members of the Corporation. All officers of the Corporation shall be members of the Board of Directors and shall be a President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer.
