CATV 4/6/07: An Innocent Man, an Innocent Woman

New Yorkers Against the Death Penalty

Abolitionists:

Many thanks to the members of New Yorkers Against the Death Penalty whohelped make our March tour: “An Innocent Man, an Innocent Woman” a success!!! Particular thanks are due to Barbara Allan of Prison Families Anonymous, Sue Jones of Prison Ministries, and Lori Gargano of the television program “The Hidden Truth.” These are tremendous activists who gave generously of their time and care, without whom our movement would suffer a great loss.

“The story of Greg Wilhoit’s astounding journey to Death Row and his release from it is far better than fiction. It is unbelievable, infuriating, depressing, but also inspirational.”John Grisham

Congratulations, too, to Laurel Coston of the Nassau Civil Liberties Union, who was the raffle winner of our autographed copy of John Grisham’s “Innocent Man.”

If you were not able to see Greg Wilhoit, the “Innocent Man” from Grisham’s acclaimed NY Times Bestseller, and Marie Verzuilli, a powerful speaker whose sister was murdered by a serial killer, you have a chance to do so this upcoming Friday evening, as their story is aired on L.I. cable television:

THE HIDDEN TRUTH PRESENTS GREG WILHOIT AND MARIE VERZUILLI:

In unity,
