LI Peace Vigil: Sat. March 15th at 10 am

The North Country Peace Group will be hosting a vigil and march for peace on Saturday, March 15th in Setauket to commemorate the 5th anniversay of the invasion and occupation of Iraq.

We will be meeting at 10:00AM on Saturday, March 15th at the King Kullen shopping center located on 25A in Setauket and then proceed west on 25A to the corner of 25A and Bennetts Road. At approximately 11:30 we will read the names of those Long Island service members killed in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The members of the NCPG have requested that we wear black.
