  1. Go to many of these sites and work is being donw/has been completed! Does he not understand procument process? Has he not responded to RFP b4? he shold know things take time, as to make sure money is being spent wisely and with great transpancy and scruity.

    The water/sidewalk problem is really DOT, and iI agree it stink(literally)
