  1. I am upset that I did not receive my absentte ballot in the mail. I applied for it a month before I left New York City, on Sept. 30th. It did not arrive. I would like to vote for Obama and now what shall I do? I am in Rio de Janeiro.

My New York Address is 114 West 70th St., Apt. 1D, NYC 10023.

My Rio de Janeiro address is: Rua Anchieta 29, Apt. 902
Leme Cep 22010-070 Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The mail is terribly slow from Brazil to the States. Please, give me a solution. I desperately want to vote. Sincere Thanks. Edie Lynch Tel: 011-5521-9 311-6564 Direct Dialing from the States to Rio

  2. It would have been nice to hear you say you wanted to vote for Cynthia McKinney, but anyway here is the help I can offer.

I am also in Rio and I am having similar problems with my absentee ballot. Go to this link:
    http://www.fvap.gov/overseas-citizens/fed-write-in-absentee-ballot/states/ny/index.html

You can fill out a Back-up Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot.

    Hope this helps!
