The band who we are friends with – Easy Anthems – dedicated a song to Michael Jackson the other day. And, last night, Ian and I went to a Sweet 16 party where they played his music, and a young man did a tribute dance with the moonwalk. One of my family members is particularly upset by Michael Jackson’s loss, and has been on the family phonechain of good thoughts. Ian and I like his music and feel sadness. So, thought we should have at least a few words to honor the memory of Michael Jackson.
Tonight at 8pm is the BET music awards on TV. Because of Michael Jackson’s passing, the show will be turned into a tribute to his musical legacy. Should be interesting and profound (and I rarely say that about tv, since we don’t even have one!)
