beat radio: new songs! glasslands 2/5!

Hey guys,

Brian from Beat Radio here.  I’m pretty excited to let you know that we’re going to be putting out lots of new music this year.  I made sort of a new year’s resolution to just be really creatively productive, and maybe a little more spontaneous.  Also, we’ve got a really great lineup for the band now, and its pretty inspiring working in collaboration.

It’s a wonderful time to be an artist. We feel grateful that technology allows us to create the kind of music we want to create and share it with people who want to listen.  Our goal is two put out 2 new tracks each month.

Here are the first 2 tracks for our 2010 singles collection. You can stream/download through bandcamp.

Everything Follows: http://beatradio.bandcamp.com/track/everything-follows

Hope you guys like the new tracks.  Would love to hear what you think.

Also, we’ve got show coming up at Glasslands Gallery in Brooklyn next Friday 2/5!!

The show starts at 7, we’re on at 8.  Glasslands is a really amazing venue and we’re playing with some great bands: Red Wire Black Wire, Bridges & Powerlines, and Organ Beats
Glasslands is located at 289 Kent Avenue between S. 1st and S. 2nd Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Here’s a Facebook invite.

And here’s some video of “Sunday Matinee” from our show at Pete’s Candy Store a few weeks back: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EIUx9mQWhk

Also, there’s a great review of “Safe Inside the Sound” up today at QRO Magazine.  Check it out here.
