Was Bellone thinking that this would make the residents of Babylon think that Wal-Mart is a good corporate citizen? Has he read the news in the last 5 years? Has he read the damning report “Wal-Mart’s Sustainability Initiative: A Civil Society Critique” which was developed by 23 environmental, farm, labor, and human rights group?
