A Long Island Peace Summit was held at the Shelter Rock Unitarian. The speakers included leslie Cagan of UFPJ; Susan Blake of PeaceSmiths; Green Party State Committeperson Al Dorfman; Thomas Brinson of Veterans for Peace; and Dr. Hafiz Ur Rehman of the Masjid Darul Quran Mosque.
