8/16/07: Can you make it to Brooklyn this morning?

Sorry for the late notice. Just saw this. Good wishes and concern appreciated as well as your physical presence:

Support Michael Tarif Warren and Evelyn Warren

On Thursday, August 16th, attorneys Michael Tarif Warren and Evelyn Warren
will be in Criminal Court fighting the false criminal charges put upon them by
the New York Police Department in Brooklyn. As you may know, they were
brutalized while speaking up about brutality by a cop against a young Black man.

The address is 120 Schermerhorn Street (corner of Smith Street), Brooklyn, New York. Take the 2,3,4 or 5 train to Borough Hall or the A or F train to Jay
St./Borough Hall.

They will be in the Arraignment Room Part I, located on the 1st Floor.

The hearing starts at 9:30 a.m., but please be there at 9:00 a.m. to show your
support for these tremendous freedom fighters and activist attorneys.
