my name is michael flynn and i’m in a band called slow runner. we just put out a new cd and i’m trying to get the word out. we also just got off the major label train after j records quickly decided we were a little too weird for their tastes. unfortunately that means i’ll never realize my dream of touring with ruben studdard a.k.a. the velvet teddybear. so the promotional team for slow runner is back to… me. awesome.
