To sparkle up your Winter wardrobe, or get a jump on Spring, Wilderside announces our new vintage jewelry shop.
Choosing vintage or antique jewelry to wear and/or gift, is a way to be gentle on the planet. Remembering the Waste Hierarchy Triangle, folks who love the planet should always try to…”Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”. Making sure to share or donate your own jewelry, and trying to buy vintage rather than new, is a way to help the environment.

Anthology Open Call For Submissions

Writing Outside The Lines An Anthology of Poetry from the Wrong Side of the Side of the Tracks

Riding the Paumanok Train

Did you ever hop the fence and defy the signs.
Or maybe you were (and maybe still are at heart)
a biker, burnout, beatnik or hipster.
Or maybe you knew someone who was &
you wrote a poem about it.
WRITING OUTSIDE THE LINES ANTHOLOGY
IS MAKING IS MAKING AN OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

(submission does not guarantee acceptance for publication)So send In 3-6 poems along with a short bio as attachments.

There isn’t a real theme, but we are looking for poems dealing with Bohemian life style, anything outlaw cool or off beat wild, bikes and bikers, back in the glory days, indiscretions, erotica (tasteful NOT PORN!), homosexual, lesbian etc . . . or even anything antiestablishment.
However we do ask that the poems have a line limit of around 50-100.
Please submit each of your poems and a short bio (1 -2 paragraphs)
by way of separate attachments in an email. (NOT AN ALL-IN-ONE DOC.)
If you do not know how to do an attachment you can put your poems
into the body of the email, but may lose formatting of the poems, which will not be our worry.
PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR POEMS!!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TYPOS!!!!
You will be given one copy of the anthology as our thanks for your work.
As always you retain all rights to your poems.
We prefer unpublished poems,
but if any of the poems you do submit have been previously published
we ask that you please acknowledge where.
We hope you will join us in this anthology
as we go where we do not in our
LI Sounds Anthology!
