I am Lonnie Cohen, Lisa’s first cousin. Lisa was the best. We grew up together and I loved her very much. It is such a sad time for all of us especially with Lisa being so young and so full of life. She believed in her causes and loved life. Tomorrow is her funeral, I am flying to NY from Atlanta to be there to pay my final respects.
Lisa finally found peace (she always prayed for) for
herself. The pain is gone and I am going to miss her so. I feel half my life was taken.
Thanks to all her friends who loved and supported her during her illness and when she was healthy.
Gone too soon. Lisa, I will miss you.

I was one of Lisa’s piano students. She was a very nice and caring person. She touched my life in many ways. She made me believe in myself. I will truly miss her!!!!
