Judge puts Cynthia McKinney on ballot in Ohio!

The Green Party in Ohio had been trying to collect 5,000 plus signatures to get Cynthia McKinney on the ballot as the Green Party Presidential candidate. Then, a court ruling allowed other third party candidates on the ballot in an easier way, and the Green Party applied through the courts as well. It worked. Greens Win Ohio Ballot Access Case
September 2nd, 2008

On September 2, U.S. District Court Judge Edmund Sargus ordered Ohio to put the Green Party on the ballot. He is the same judge who had earlier put the Libertarian and Socialist Parties on the ballot. The case is McKinney v Brunner, 2:08-cv-819.
