A Foundations One Introduction Course
in the Practices and principles of Non-Violent Communication

This is a 6-week course based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg PHD

In this workshop you will learn to:

  • Maintain life serving conversation and connections.
  • Connect physical sensations with feelings and needs.
  • Make observations that are clear and judgment free.
  • Distinguish needs from strategies.
  • Learn the difference between a request and a demand.
  • Make clear positive doable requests.
