Hillary Clinton for NY Governor in 2010?

KW: Wow! It’s funny. Hillary Clinton just said in an interview that she wanted to quash rumors that keep coming up that she may run for Governor in NY in 2010. I follow these things pretty closely, and, I don’t remember hearing that rumor.

Oh, well. It’s not like we like to mention Democrats around here. But, the Governor’s race matters a lot for third parties in New York. So, we better keep an eye on who the other candidates will be.

Hillary Clinton says it won’t be her.

Story at Politico: here.

  1. Depends on what she wants. Does she want international prestige, or to be the executive decision-maker? Also, does she believe Obama will be re-elected? Or is it just a play to get something else she wants like a Supreme Court seat to get her out of the race?
