Jeff Curtis started playing the guitar back in 1970.  In the early 1980s, he shifted his focus from the electric to the acoustic guitar, with an emphasis on solo finger picking performance and composition.  In 1996, a friend showed him a variation of a Jimmy Page tuning while teaching him how to play Led Zeppelin’s “The Rain Song”. Since 1998, Jeff has played exclusively in the DADADE tuning and he utilized it entirely while recording his second studio album, The Next Place

The uniqueness of the DADADE tuning is evident in that Jeff has not yet met another guitarist who uses it. In 2008, Jeff Curtis attended a weekend guitar workshop with Windham Hill legend, Alex De Grassi. He was the only DADADE attendee. Since then he has become one of the leading proponents of the tuning, and has presented numerous guitar workshops.

Gerry McKeveny From biker bars to church sanctuarys, from the Plaza and Pierre hotels to pubs in the west of Ireland, Gerry McKeveny has making his living playing and singing for the last twenty-six years.

In 1997 he and collaborator Joe Caggiano released High Road, a collection of original songs. More recently, with the encouragement of the late Artie Traum, Gerry recorded and released Healing Season – an all-instrumental solo acoustic guitar CD, which Grammy-winner Rosanne Cash said was marked by a “beautiful, emotionally potent lyricism” Gerry lives in Blue Point, NY with his wife Mary Jean and his children Travis and Kathleen.
