Suffolk County: Today (Tuesday, Nov 17) started counting of absentee and paper ballots

With the races in Suffolk County that are too close to call from the November 2010 election, the absentee and paper ballots should have an important impact. Word is that the Suffolk County BOE was supposed to have started counting them today, Tuesday, Novemeber 17th.
