While you were partying: Governor Cuomo sworn in

Hope you are having a great holiday season. Though, realize that the wheels of power are still turning. This evening, Governor Cuomo held a private swearing-in ceremony. His term starts officially on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 12:01am.
