Theresa Amato, Ralph Nader’s Campaign Manager in his 2000 and 2004 election, has published a book titled, “The Grand Illusion: The Myth of Voter Choice in a Two-Party Tyranny”. Amato says that in 2004, Terry McAuliffe offered Nader money not to run in certain states.
