Long Island NonViolent Communication 9/13/08

Hey Boys and Girls, Cats and Kittens,
Its been a long time since you heard from me, and Gregg.  Just wanting to share a few up coming events.  So stay tuned in for details, and check out our blog as well.

Okay okay so,  Gregg and I are talking about a Foundations two class in like January.   We will also be doing a full day Basic class and the UU in Bellport on September 13, 9am to 5pm.  The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bellport is holding a Non-Violent Communication Workshop on Saturday, September 13th, from 8:30am to 5pm.  Presenters Sue Tibke, teacher and NVC trainer, and Gregg Wills, licensed massage therapist and NVC trainer, will run the workshop based on the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the founder and educational director of the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and will focus on making peace at home and in the country and world that we live in today. Registration is $5, but a larger donation is welcome. Those unable to pay the $5 may pay less, if necessary. For information or to register, contact Eve Sokol at 631-286-5879. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Bellport is located at 51 Browns Lane, Bellport Village.

But in the meantime, there are some other events to check out with different leaders,
Ken Snyder and I will be doing a six week foundations class and the Shelter Rock UU,  I will forward you the information when they send it to me. Barbra Singer, will be holding a 13 week class in Freeport, and also doing empathy groups as well.   I will enclose that in this e-mail.  I also want to mention the Facilitate change program that Dian Killian is holding.  I am going to be attending and hope you will all look into it as well.  It is so in alignment with the work we are all doing, and seems to be the exact recipe to assist in making our dreams come true.
Please pass this information to any persons you think might be interested,  and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Got to run.
Suzi
