As Rand Paul notes…

President Obama will not say.

But, Obama and his CIA nominee have released statements that kind of say…probably. There are probably times when the President has the authority and will execute Americans on American soil with drone strikes.

Congrats to Rand Paul for holding a filibuster in the US Senate. Paul is holding up a vote on the nominee until the President clearly answers the question about if he has the right to kill Americans on American soil with a drone strike, and no jury.
