Whale spotted again in New York Harbor

A 20-foot humpback whale has been spotted off Rockaway Beach on Wednesday. It was seen heading towards New York Harbor early Thursday, and then heading back out again. The whale was last seen making its way toward Coney Island. The Coast Guard and The Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation are helping out with the situation.
