The Republicans from the State Senate say that they will hold a 3:00 pm session today, either in the chamber, or outside.

The Times Union story lists Democrats who some say may join with the Republicans as: Sens. Carl Kruger, Martin Dilan, Bill Stachowski, and Tom Duane.
