Sue Tibke is an enthusiastic Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practitioner. Her passion has been teaching music movement and theatre to preschoolers. Nonviolent Communication is a way of relating to ourselves and other people, free of past reactions. NVC teaches a practitioner to identify and express their own needs and understand the needs of others. Tibke has been living the NVC process for over four years now, and has over 450 hours of devoted training time. Currently assisting in an NVC foundations class, she has also co-led practice groups, and facilitated game nights based on NVC. Tibke is a committed peace-worker who loves living in her truth. She is also a NY State certified Mediator, as well as a devoted mother of two up and coming NVC practitioners. Tibke recently started exploring Restorative Justice.
Gregg Wills is a graduate of the North American Bay 2007 NVC Leadership Program, with over five hundred hours of training. He assisted and taught at the Living Peace retreat in Litchfield Connecticut and assisted in the Bay NVC 2008 Leadership program. Wills is a N.Y.S. Licensed Massage Therapist and is a student of Vipassana Meditation. He also works as a Mediator; a Restorative Justice Facilitator; and a private counselor.
