Rock against racism or don’t rock at all.

That’s this year’s motto for the annual “Rock Against Racism” event being held from noon-10 p.m. at SUNY New Paltz on Sunday.

The entire event aims to bring people of all cultures together and educate them about important racial issues while motivating attendees to action. Guest speakers will include New Paltz Mayor Jason West [of the Green Party] and Lennox Yearwood, CEO of the Hip-Hop Caucus, an international coalition established to promote social and political equality…
