New York hospitals need more incentives to follow and support NY Patients’ rights. Discharge papers must be given to patients. Patient Advocacy is an important tool that hospitals and emergency rooms must respect. Please sign petition and lobby your NY leaders to better enforce discharge rules at New York hospitals.
