Shut down the “Army Arcade” – a way to glamorize the army to young people

There will be a demonstration on Saturday, May 2nd at the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia, PA, to express community outrage about the Army Experience Center, an arcade for young people which includes bloody video games and gun play with life-like targets. A group of Long Island peace activists will attend.

Women in politics: The Feminist Initiative film and discussion

On Sunday, April 26th at 2pm in Huntington, Long Island, New York, there will be a showing of the film Feminist Initiative, by director Liz Weisberg.
